Bridal Session at the SC State House

Caroline's bridal session was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and classic Southern charm. We started on the grounds of the South Carolina State House, taking advantage of the beautiful gardens, walkways, and historic architecture that make it such a beloved location for bridal portraits in Columbia.

Caroline looked absolutely stunning in her gown, and her bouquet of soft pink, white, and blue florals added the perfect touch of color and romance. The delicate blooms complemented both the setting and her bridal style beautifully, creating a look that felt effortlessly classic.

After spending some time on the State House grounds, we headed to another nearby location that has quickly become one of my favorite spots for bridal portraits. Between the beautiful stone details and grand columns, it offers a sophisticated feel right in the heart of Columbia. The neutral tones and architectural elements created the perfect backdrop to showcase Caroline and her gorgeous bridal look.

One of my favorite things about bridal sessions is the opportunity to slow down and focus entirely on the bride. Without the timeline pressures of a wedding day, there's space to capture those timeless portraits every bride dreams about. Caroline was a natural in front of the camera, and every location seemed to suit her perfectly.

From the historic charm of the State House grounds to the stunning stone architecture of our second location, every part of Caroline's session felt elegant, romantic, and uniquely her. I cannot wait to share all of the beautiful images form her wedding day with all of y’all very soon!

Caroline, thank you for trusting me to capture this special season. Your bridal session was an absolute dream!
